Easy, no nonsense Video Conferencing!

To build a full scale video conferencing application on a website with PlaceCamWeb is pretty straightforward.

This example requires the website to have its own membership management database system so that users of the system can be properly authorized.

If you want to be completely self-contained, you must have a server with a minimum bandwidth available of 100 mbps. The actual bandwidth will depend on the traffic level you expect. Our USL (Uniform Service Locator) software must be installed on that server.

USL servers are generally not installed on the same server that runs your website.

With PlaceCamWeb you are not limited to keeping your browser pointed to one page. You can browse whereever you want and the conference stays open.

Our video windows are independent of the browser window. You can move the video windows anywhere you want around your screen. You can also make them any size you want.
